Established in the year 1993 ,Vitech Enviro Systems Pvt Ltd is one of the top notch manufacturers of Paintshop and Air Pollution Control Equipments in South India The company owns a spacious manufacturing facility on two acres of land on the outskirts of Chennai city with modern manufacturing facility for sheet metal fabrication . Adequate power with back up generator is available for testing and inspection of the products prior to dispatch.
THE TEAM
Comprises of an experienced team of engineers for design , manufacture , installation , quality control under the able guidance of the following senior experienced professionals.
Mr.X. Arokianathan – Managing Director, a chemical engineer with two decades of experience from ISRO, Sriharikota and another two decades in surface coatings. He has served as Chairman of the South India Surface Coating Conference since 2006 and also as Convenor of various panels of CII. Under his leadership Vitech has evolved as one of the premier Surface Coating and Paintshop Equipment manufacturer in the country.
Mr. Keshav Krishnan – Director , Technical, is a Post graduate from IISC, Banglore with four decades of experience in Mechanical , Ventilation and Electrical engineering in senior Govt of India positions, and plays a key role in design and engineering of all the equipments.
Mr Leonard George – Business Advisor, a Post Graduate in Engineering from University of WISCONSIN, and MBA from Kellog School of Management (North Western University) guides the companys business growth and overseas operations.

POWDER COATING BOOTH & RECOVERY
VITECH offers state of art Powder Coating Booth and Recovery system for coating the components in Batch / Conveyorised options. The Cyclone Recovery system with high efficiency design for maximum powder collection using a dynamically balanced impeller Blower and clean exhaust through filter media to ensure a clean atmosphere makes it a preferred choice for powder coaters.
The most modern and top brand applicators are provided to ensure the best quality finish with full backup service.
The Booths are custom designed confirming to international standards and ideal for coating jobs of different sizes.
Vitech Booths are designed for manual and automatic batch and conveyorised operations.

Connected to high efficiency Cyclone Recovery Units for Powder Recovery so as to ensure a powder recovery of 96% plus.
Uniform Air Flow velocities across all openings in the Booth. .

The Outlet of the Blowers are fitted with filters to ensure 100 percent clean environment.
They are simple to dismantle and clean for easy color change.
They are fitted with dust and vapor proof change light fittings for good illumination.

PRETREATMENT PLANT
VITECH offers Pretreatment facility for Degreasing, Phosphating, Passivation, Chromating, etc,. as per the recommendation of the Chemical Supplier to suit the needs of the customer and end specification. Based on the production rates and job size we can offer, Dip type or Spray line with provision for heating, fume extraction, material handling and air agitation. The material of construction could be in MS, SS, FRP, PP,etc,.

PAINT BOOTHS
VITECH offers Paint Booths Wet and Dry Configurations and several different models and sizes as per customer requirements. The Booths are designed to meet OSHA, NFPA, and EPA standards and complies to PCB requirements.
The WET type paint Booths are configured to suit manual batch operation or conveyorised plant with/without water curtain using pumps.
Air Supply units are provided to ensure dust free clean room conditions with Temperature and Humidity Controls to suit customer requirements.
Sludge separators are provided for removal of sludge from Booth and water recycling is ensured. Paint Kitchen and Applicators of reputed brands are provided for continuous operating plant to ensure desired painting characteristics and efficiency.

The Ovens are manufactured using quality raw materials such as Steel, Blower, Motors, Burners, Insulation, Heat Exchanger and advanced fabrication and design technologies to prevent heat losses. Conveyorised Ovens are provided with specially designed Heat Seals at both ends to reduce heat losses .
Electrical Control Panels with Automatic Temperature controls and well designed circuits are provided to ensure trouble free and safe performance
