Fuel consumption about 6.5 ltrs per hour.
Engine - John Deere tractor 65 H.P.
Man power required driver & one helper is required to operate the system making it complete automation of the operation. Operators can be trained within a few days
Auto spraying while mixing through Reel system mounted on the mixer machine with 2” hose pipe .
The capacity of the spraying is about 20 to 25 m3/h
This unit can spray up to 240 Mtr length windrows.
No major maintenance is required. No emergency spares required. Spares are easily available. More suitable for press mud composting under Indian conditions.
