Ft of commercial space in various locations in the city, out of which mention must be made about the Khivraj Complex at Nandanam and city center at purasawalkam. Their real estate portfolio included, among other things, properties in Spencer Plaza etc., which yield them steady rental incomes.

The Company has diverted its Real Estate business to one of its subsidiaries viz.”KHIVRAJ ESTATES LTD” . This company has launched a residential township project in a plot of 2.5 acres. The Company is building around 100,000 sq.ft in this township.
