3. Back-Ground of our Organization and the Director
This organization is set up in 1992 by Bharat J. Mehta, Chemical Engineer from Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai (formerly UDCT/ UICT of University of Mumbai), followed by M.B.A. from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, with outstanding record throughout.
Prior to consultancy, Mr. Mehta had rich experience for over two decades in renowned organizations and diverse industries, such as Chemicals, Electricals, Engineering, Electronics, Textiles and others, as Chief of Operations or Projects.
Mr. Mehta worked as Chief Executive and Advisor (Projects) with Lalbhai Group and The Arvind Mills Ltd. at Ahmedabad, during 1985-91.
On Management Consultancy side, Mr. Mehta has specialized in the field of Strategic Planning, Diversifications, Corporate Restructuring, Organization Development, MIS and IT systems, ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management Systems (QMS), Contracts Negotiations for Industrial Markets and Projects, Foreign Collaborations, Industrial Marketing Strategy and other management areas, which have been focus of our consultancy services.
On Project Consultancy side, Mr. Mehta has profound experience in Renewable Energy projects from Concept to Commissioning and post-commissioning performance monitoring, especially Wind and Solar Energy projects. He was responsible for conceiving and establishing first largest private sector project of 6.2 MW wind power project in India during 1, when wind energy was in its infancy.
